To the Staff and Members of Living Word Church,
I wanted to take a moment to express our deep appreciation for the timely blessing for which the Lord has used you. Although our family was only scheduled to be in Jonesboro for a few weeks, we knew we wanted to be involved with a great church while we were here. After researching churches on the internet before and after we arrived in Jonesboro, we narrowed it down to two. Sunday morning we called the church to be sure we were heading in the right direction and we found you! We were immediately greeted by smiling faces and helpful souls who welcomed us and walked with us to get the children and myself settled. My son was thrilled to know that he was awarded "Bible Bucks" for his attendance and for having his Bible in tow. After settling into our seats we were quickly greeted by several more smiling faces and hand shakes. When the service began we were led in a great time of worship, followed by a good word from the Lord. A children's activity to the movies and VBS week followed which allowed my son a chance to get to know some of the children as well as other members of LWC who were helping out. When we arrived for the first night of VBS, a few adults remembered my son's name from the Sunday before! What a way to warm a mother's heart! VBS week was followed by a great Sunday service consisting of VBS for the adults, which truly displayed the love and fun LWC consists of. It was perfectly combined with a reverent time of communion and reflection of the original Passover. The following Wednesday was an AWESOME time. I was so blessed to be in the Lord's presence and to hear what He had to say. I truly felt the congregation invited the Holy Spirit into the sanctuary that evening and He showed up! What a blessing it was. The following Sunday my husband was able to attend and experience "what all the fuss was about"! He has thanked the Lord several times since then for allowing us to find such a great place to temporarily attend. I write all this to say we never did get around to visiting the other church. We were so blessed from our first and subsequent impressions with you guys, we didn't feel the need to look anywhere else. We love the cultural diversity of your congregation and the way the ushers smile the entire time they're standing for visitor recognition or the offering. Keep up the great work! The Lord has blessed you guys and we could not have asked for a better fellowship to a part of briefly.

We just wanted to share with you our thoughts toward you and your church from our visit two weeks ago. We definitely observed a “spirit of excellence” during our visit. Everything was wonderful. It was truly an honor to have experienced and to have “digested” what the Lord had for our family at your church. We were truly blessed by the praise/worship, the services, and the hospitality. We were especially impressed with the volunteers and how they took care of us. You have an awesome group of people! We look forward to being with you again in the near future. -Travis, Deanna, & Hadassah After yesterdays services I received healing in my shoulder. I have been having pain in my shoulder since one day last week. The pain has been keeping me up at night. I could not get comfortable standing , laying , sitting any way . I have been on pain meds to get a few hours of sleep a day. When you and Danni prayed for everyone I asked GOD to take the pain from me, by 5 pm it was gone totally gone. I got a good night sleep and am ready to take the world on once again, and its all thanks to GOD. Also, Frank has been having blood pressure problems and he did the same thing I did and asked God to heal him. This am he woke up and his pressure was better than its been in weeks. Again its all thanks to GOD and the leading of the HOLY SPIRIT. We are so thankful that GOD lead us to this body and that there is such a good man in charge who seeks GOD first to watch this flock.

Pastor Danni, thank you so much for the way you and the praise and worship team lead us into God's presence each worship service. You being led by the Spirit has truly helped me and has given me inner strength to continue the faith, plus being followed by Pastor's preaching which has been "off the chain" lately!!! Living Word is building our family and our faith on a whole new level... each service is building us more and more and making us better and better! I wanted to take the time to let you know personally from my heart that you are a blessing.

My name is Sammie, I've been attending Living Word Church since March of 2010. Doctors had discovered a tumor on my small intestine and were going to operate on May 10 to remove it. I had the pastor and church pray for me before I had the surgery, but when I went in for the surgery, the doctor could no longer find the tumor. It had disappeared! He still can't believe it, and the other doctor's are still amazed by it. I know when the pastor and church prayed for me and my family, I was healed. I believed it from the beginning. I always felt at peace. Glory to God I was healed the day I believed in Him, my Father God. Thank you my church family!
